Invasive cutaneous aspergillosis in a child with burns

Summary:

A 4 year-old boy suffering from severe burns required multiple surgical debridements and eventually was diagnosed with invasive cutaneous aspergillosis. Plasma levels of voriconazole were monitored but recent use of phenobarbitone caused an important drug interaction with voriconazole.
